Terms of use
The terms on which paramountworks.online is made available. They are short, because the site does little: it publishes information and collects nothing.
1. Who provides this site

2. The site is informational
The content here is general information about antivirus and device security terminology and about consumer questions related to it. It is not professional security advice, not legal advice, and not advice about your particular circumstances. It cannot take account of your situation, your devices or your risk, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional or from the relevant public body. For an active security incident, the Australian Cyber Security Centre publishes current guidance and operates the national reporting channel.
3. Accuracy and change
Pages are prepared with care and reviewed periodically, and the review date appears in the footer of every page. Product information changes without notice, and information about any product described here may become out of date between reviews. Before purchasing anything, check the current details — price, term, renewal, device coverage, system requirements — on the vendor's own website, which is the only current source for them. If you find something inaccurate on this site, please write to us so it can be corrected.
4. Advertising
This site carries paid links to one product, marked as advertising wherever they appear. The arrangement is described in full on the affiliate disclosure page. This publisher is not a vendor, reseller or agent, sells nothing, and takes no payment from readers. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the vendor, on the vendor's terms, and this publisher is not a party to it.

7. Liability, and what cannot be excluded
The site is provided on an "as is" basis, and to the extent the law permits, this publisher does not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published here.
That limitation is subject to an important qualification. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee applies under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, where the law permits us to do so, to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it resupplied. 8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of this site, to access parts of the server not made public, or to copy the site systematically by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing, which is welcome.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you there.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a revision means the revised terms apply to that use.
